I’m Lorena Abdelkhalek, a Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist. I believe nutrition should help you feel confident, energized, and at peace with your body—not restricted by food or overwhelmed by rules.
My passion for nutrition grew from my own experiences with food and body image. Along the way, I learned that healthy eating isn’t about perfection. It’s about understanding your body, responding to its needs, and nourishing it with care.
Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a realistic, compassionate, and personalized approach. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits, improve your relationship with food, and feel your best—without extreme diets or unnecessary restrictions.
You don’t need to fight your body. You need to understand it, support it, and nourish it.
My journey with nutrition began long before I became a dietitian.
Growing up, I was very thin and struggled to enjoy food. Eating did not come naturally to me, and my mother often worried that I was not eating enough or receiving the nourishment my body needed.
At the time, I did not understand how deeply food and nutrition could influence how we feel, grow, and function.
As I grew older, my relationship with food gradually changed. I learned to understand my body, appreciate nourishment, and discover that food could be something to enjoy—not something to struggle with.
That personal experience sparked my curiosity about nutrition and eventually inspired me to make it my profession.
Today, I combine my personal experience, education, and professional knowledge to help others better understand their bodies and develop healthier relationships with food.
I know how it feels when eating does not feel easy, and I know how empowering it can be to finally understand what your body needs.
My journey taught me that nutrition is not simply about what we eat. It is about learning how to nourish ourselves with greater awareness, balance, and care.
Now, my goal is to help you do exactly that through a knowledgeable, balanced, and personalized approach that works in your everyday life.
I combine evidence-based nutrition with a realistic, compassionate, and personalized approach.
Rather than giving you a rigid plan or asking you to follow restrictive rules, I take the time to understand your health, lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and goals. Together, we develop practical strategies that can fit naturally into your everyday life.
My approach focuses not only on what you eat, but also on helping you understand your body, improve your relationship with food, and build habits you can maintain over time.
There is no judgment, no expectation of perfection, and no one-size-fits-all solution—only informed guidance, ongoing support, and a plan designed around you.
Because the best nutrition plan is not the strictest one. It is the one that supports your health and works in your real life.
Your nutrition plan should be grounded in science and shaped around your individual needs and health—not trends, misinformation, or restrictive diet culture.
There is no single approach that works for everyone. Your nutrition plan should reflect your body, lifestyle, preferences, goals, and everyday reality.
Healthy eating should leave room for enjoyment. I believe you can care for your health without giving up the foods, experiences, and moments you love.
Change is not always linear. My role is to support you without judgment and help you develop healthier habits with patience and understanding.
The goal is not to follow a plan for a few weeks. It is to build realistic habits that you can maintain throughout your life.
My mission is to make nutrition simpler, more personal, and more sustainable.
I want to help you move away from restrictive cycles and conflicting nutrition advice and toward a healthier relationship with food and your body.
Through evidence-based guidance, personalized nutrition, and compassionate support, I aim to help you understand what your body needs and feel confident making choices that support your health in everyday life.
Nutrition should not take over your life. It should help you live it better.
Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, achieve a health goal, enhance your performance, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to support and guide you.
